Greetings,
My name is Rejoice Kur, I am the founder of Strategy Guild.
My assorted childhood memories are of family gatherings, warm cooked meals from farm produces overarched by storytelling, mirth and laughter.
There is something unique about that time. In that the realities were harsh resulting from the events of that time, I somehow got absorbed in enchanted narratives of people who effected change by taking simple actions.

IAfter spending quite some time pondering, how to presume a role that could contribute to making a difference, I created Strategy Guild.

I work with individuals and group of people by taking them into a journey of self-discovery and rediscovery to bring out their authentic self in their leadership performances. Together we discover ways of how a potential leader can recognize the need to relate to his prospects, create opportunities and apply sound leadership values.
I believe ordinary people like you and me, can become effective leaders by drawing from within themselves a positive progressive attitude even in dire times.
